Considering the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and looking to the observation and findings made in the impugned order, this Court finds, there is no infirmity in the impugned order requiring to be interfered with in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 4.
