Considering the innocuous prayer made in this petition, this matter stands disposed of with a direction that in the event the pleadings involving the C.S. No.1022/2019 are already completed, steps may be taken up by the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhubaneswar for disposal of the C.S. No.1022/2019 within a period of one year from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
