Heard learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

On perusal of the Rivisional Order, this Court feels that the same has been passed adequately protecting the interest of the State. Hence, since there is no patent infirmity warranting interference by this Court, the CRLMC is not entertained and the same is accordingly dismissed.

This Court directs that CPC 02 of 2020-21 stated to be pending before the Authorized Officer-cum Asst. Conservator of Forest, Bargarh Forest Division, arising out O.R. No. 178 of 2020-21 of Padampur Range, to be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. 5.
A free copy of this order be made over to the learned counsel for the State for compliance..
