Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On the oral request, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer of the Writ Petition by bring in proper Opposite Party required to be directed herein.

There is no dispute at Bar that property sought to be mutated in favour of the Petitioner has been purchased in a sale process in a Company Act proceeding and pursuant to the completion of sale process, there has already been confirmation of sale. 4.
For the opinion of this Court in the circumstance and the development taking place in the meantime, there should not be any obstruction in preparation of the mutation record taking into consideration the development taken place in the meantime in the Copet proceeding. In the process in disposal of the Writ Petition this Court directs the Tahasildar, Rasagobindapur- Opposite Party No.4 to complete the mutation process initiated in the meantime at least
