This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

This is an application for modification of order dated 11.03.2022 passed in WPC(OA) No.1185 of 2019. 4.

Considering the submissions, it is directed that in 20th line of para-6 order No.'14' be replaced with '2', in 24th line of para-6, the period "2007-08" be placed with "2006-07", in 28th line of para-6 DPC dated "22.096.2014" be placed with 22.09.2014, in 3d line of para-10 "Bijaya Kumar Panigrahi" be replaced with "Bijaya Kumar Pradhani" and in 5th line of para-11 "Bijaya Kumar Panigrahi" be replaced with "Bijaya Kumar Pradhani".

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. stands disposed of. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rule.
