This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Assistant Settlement Officer, Rental Colony at Cuttack for correction of draft R.O.R. in respect of Hal Plot No.6685 under Khata No. 3598 which corresponds to Sabik Plot No. 831 under Sabik Khata No. 224/55 situated in mouza Sampur in the district of Khurda.

In course of hearing, Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy before the settlement authorities.

Considering such prayer, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
