This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioners makes an oral prayer for correction of the sabik plot numbers stated in the cause title as well as in the prayer of the writ petition in Court today.

Prayer is allowed.

Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct the typographical error in Court today. 5.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for correction of R.O.R. in respect of Hal Plot No.1669 under Hal Khata No.2077 in Mouza-Shankarpur under Bhubaneswar Tahasil in the district of Khurda.

In course of hearing, Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that since final R.O.R. under Section 12-B of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, 1958 (for short 'the Act') has already been published in respect of Shankarpur Mouza recording the land in question under 'Anabadi Khata', the Petitioners have a remedy under Section 15(b) of the Act to

// 2 // file a revision for correction of the R.O.R. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy. 7.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
