This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Let an extra copy of the anticipatory bail application be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (05.01.2022), which will be sent to the Inspector in-charge of Chandili Police Station for its service on the informant and it will be intimated to her that the matter will be taken up in the week commencing from 24th January 2022 and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of
// 2 // notice be obtained from the informant.
Put up this matter in the week commencing from 24th January 2022.
Learned counsel for the State shall obtain case diary in the meantime.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute, as an interim measure, it is directed that the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with Chandili P.S. Case No.190 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 526 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rayagada till the next date.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
