This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the State-respondents to consider the cases of the applicants for their promotion to the post of Revenue Inspector on the basis of their seniority in the gradation lists in view of the settled position of law as at annexure-8 series and not in accordance with the clarification letter dated 11.1.2019 of the Government as promotion has been given to the private respondents illegally as per order dated 19.01.2019 as at annexure5, which is under challenge in previous original application bearing No.O.A. 363/2019 filed by the applicants.

(ii) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass such order/orders as is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioners. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
