2. Heard Mr. S.N.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 13th September, 2021 in connection with Panikoili P.S.

Case No.238/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1047/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 302 of I.P.C.

4. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the availability of materials prima facie to support the same, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of some material witnesses in the case. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
