Heard Mr. A.K. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.5 to issue necessary certificate relating to excess deduction of royalty to the petitioner in respect of works done under Agreement No.07 dated 05.02.2014 in accordance with the judgment passed in W.P.(C) No. 11830 of 2013 as per representation of the petitioner under Annexure-5 series. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-5 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-6, 7 and 8 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 series
taking into consideration Annexures-6, 7 and 8, and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
