This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

Perused the records.

The Petitioner in the present writ application seeks for a direction to the Opposite parties to regularise the service of the Petitioner as per Finance Department circular dated 15.05.1997 and to allow him into the Government service vide the Notice dated 4.11.1995 under Annexure-7.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that highlighting his grievance, he has filed a representation and reminder for regularization of his service on 21.08.2021 before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, R.D. Department, Odisha. It is also stated that the said representation is pending as of now.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ application directing the Opposite Party no.1 to consider the

// 2 // representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2021 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall consider the representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
