1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 01.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.
3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that though the matter was listed on some occasions, i.e., 29.04.2019, 15.05.2019 and 12.07.2019, it was never taken up for admission.
4. Certain order was passed by order no.11 dated 12.07.2019 indicating that the matter is covered by order dated 05.05.2018 passed in O.A.No.234 of 2013.
5. From the available order-sheets, the order nos. 4 to 10 are not indicated, as such, this Court is not in a position to know, if at all any orders were passed by order nos.4 to 10.

6. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate since the matter has not been taken up for admission for the last three years, nothing would survive at present.
7. Having heard the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
