Heard Mr. S. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to issue appointment order in his favour in the post of Jr. Stenographer against the UR (Male) vacancy by relaxation of upper age limit and to give all consequential service benefits. 4.

Since the petitioner eventually seeks for relaxation of upper age limit, such relief cannot be granted at this stage. Thus, this Court is not inclined to accede such a prayer made in this writ petition. 5.
