This writ petition has been filed to correct the R.O.R. in respect of Hal Plot Nos. 761 and 763 under Hal Khata No. 144 corresponding to Sabik Khata No. 73 in mouza Kapsi under Sunapali Tahasil in the district of Nuapada.

In course of hearing, Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a revision before the Board of Revenue under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
