Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for the parties and as there is threatening of demolition/eviction of the petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the petitioner without following due process of law provided the petitioner has not faced any such proceeding as of now.
