The Original Application No. 224 of 2019 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench: Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 224 of 2019.

The prayer of the Petitioner in the matter is to direct the Opposite Parties to modify the order dated 30th November, 2017 to extend all financial benefit as has been extended to Dr. Karunakar Sahoo & Others vide W.P. (C) No. 20648 of 2016.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. S.P. Nath, counsel for the Petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
