This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case diary and as per the instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted against four persons and the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not pressed.
