I.A. No. 3267 of 2022 02.

This is an application for extension of time to surrender visa-vis order dated 1st December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3639 of 2022.

By the above order dated 1st December, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in S.T. Case No. 120 of 2019 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 1st December, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack on or before 28th February, 2023 in connection with S.T. Case No. 120 of 2019 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with

conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of the CRLMC No. 3639 of 2022.

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
