1. Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.
submits, his client's document is not being received for registration. Purported ground is that the land has not been registered with Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA). He submits, ORERA registration is not necessary regarding land situated in unplanned/rural areas. His client's land is one such.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there be direction upon petitioner to present the document.

Opposite party no.4 will receive petitioner's document for registration, when presented along with copy of this order. Said opposite party will deal with the document by either registering it or issuing refusal memo stating the grounds, within a week of presentation.

In event registration is to be refused because subject land of the document does not have ORERA registration, said opposite party will ensure that the land was required to be so registered, as being situated in the area over which ORERA operates.

The writ petition is disposed of.
