1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
2. The petitioner, who is a defaulting borrower in a cash credit loan account as well as term loan account availed, aggregating for a sum of Rs.82.40 lakhs in the year 2012 from United Bank of India (presently Punjab National Bank), Chhamouja Branch-opposite party no.3, due to non-servicing of the accounts they were classified as NPA on 31st March,2020 and thereafter have faced recovery process under the SARFAESI Act 2002.
3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Bank submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the loan account having been closed upon deposits of the required amounts in terms of the sanctioned OTS.
