Mr. N.R. Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the against the order impugned appeal lies, the petitioner may be permitted to prefer appeal before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer appeal before the appropriate forum within a period of fifteen days hence which shall be considered by the appellate forum and pass appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
