Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner Order No.

and submits, his client complained to IIC, Balianta P.S., Khurda (O.P.4) regarding harassment suffered by his client at instance of personnel of said P.S. His client also wrote letter dated 13th October, 2021 to Principal Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Home Deptt. and other authorities. Because of continuous harassment his client has moved this Court.

Mr. Mund, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner does not have cause and the writ petition is not maintainable.

IIC, Balianta P.S. is directed to ensure that in event petitioner is required for investigation, he is informed of particulars of the case registered in that P.S. for obtaining his cooperation. 4.
