Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed as also the earlier order dated 12.11.2020 in ABLAPL No.12728 of 2020 including the contents of the affidavit; while being not inclined reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case to consider the prayer for grant of regular bail to the Petitioners, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments
// 2 // including the present health condition of Petitioner No.4 in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
