1. The Petitioner's representation shall be examined by the Order No.

Collector, Jagatsinghpur (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party Nos.3 to 5 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 12thApril, 2022. A copy of the order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. If the Petitioners aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
