This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the cause title of the bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of the interim application, the name of the petitioner has been reflected as 'Sitaram Behera' in place of 'Srittam Behera' and therefore, he may be permitted to correct the same as 'Srittam' in place of 'Sitaram'.

Prayer is allowed to correct the prayer portion in Court accordingly.

// 2 // Considering the averments taken in the interim application, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the petitioner as mentioned in the cause title of the bail application as 'Srittam' in place 'Sitaram'.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
