Rather than commencing a fresh petition on the same cause of action, since there is already pending Writ Petition (Civil) No.14512 of 2007, the Petitioners who claimed to be 'interested persons' should seek to intervene in such petition in accordance with law. Consequently, while granting the Petitioners with liberty to avail of the above avenue of redressal, the present petition is not entertained and disposed of as such.
