This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.04.2022.

It appears from the interim application that the case arises out of a complaint petition in which after taking cognizance, process has been issued and due to issuance of non-bailable warrant of arrest, the petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with this case. The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

The certified copy of the documents filed in this application be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners on being substituted by Xerox copies of the same.
