This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted and notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner which he has complied with and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case. In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not pressed.
