This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main accused has already been arrested and released on bail.
Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meantime, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted and notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioners which they have complied with and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the case.
In view of submission made by the learned
