Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order under Annexure-5 and further to issue direction to opposite party no.2 to dispose of his appeal under Annexure-6 taking into consideration Rule-783 of the OPM within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made appeal to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite

party no.2 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
