Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the 3rd RACP benefit in favour of the applicant w.e.f. 01.01.2013 on completion of 30 years of service and rectified Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- instead of Rs.6600/- in accordance with the RACP Scheme as per the Rule 13 of ORSP Rules, 2008 with all consequential financial & service benefits within a time bound period and Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any order(s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper for the interest of justice."

However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
