This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the BLAPL No.10573 of 2021 was disposed of by order dated 13.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 5th line of paragraph3, the P.S. Case number has been wrongly mentioned as "Baideswara P.S. Case No.169 of 2014" instead of "Baideswara P.S. Case No.67 of 2019" and also 4th line of the said paragraph corresponding to "Special G.R. Case No.128 of 2019" instead of "G.R. Case No.126 2019", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 5th line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 13.07.2022 it be mentioned as "Baideswara P.S. Case No.169 of 2014" in place of "Baideswara P.S. Case No.67 of 2019"

// 2 // and in 4th line of the said paragraph "Special G.R. Case No.126 2019" in place of "G.R. Case No.128 of 2019", rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
