Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the present case, the prayer is for direction to the learned court below to expedite the enquiry and trial and to complete the same within a time stipulated in connection with 1CC Case No.758 of 2019.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party contributed for negligence for which there has been no real progress in the proceeding pending before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Balasore in 1CC Case No.758 of 2019 and till date, no charge has been framed and hence direction may be issued in that regard and also to complete the trial at the earliest. 4.

Considering the above limited prayer, CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to learned J.M.F.C., Balasore to frame charge in connection with 1CC Case No.758 of 2019 and

immediately commence the trial unless there is any legal impediment and to ensure its completion preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the above order. 5.
