This application has been filed by the petitioner for recalling the order dated 122.04.2022, by which this Court has dismissed the writ petition as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this Interlocutory Application, as the writ petition arises out of SARFAESI Act. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
