This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.01.2022 and also for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is now pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in G.R. Case No.150 of 2020 and the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the said Court to comply with the order dated 04.01.2022 and the date of surrender be extended.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in

// 2 // G.R. Case No.150 of 2020 and date of surrender is extended till 08.07.2022.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner.

The rest part of the order dated 04.01.2022 shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
