1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under the above circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the Original Application may be allowed and opposite. parties to approve the appointment of the applicant against Additional Section Teacher of ClassVII-B and to release her monthly salary at least with effect from 07.06.1994, and her arrear dues as well as current dues may be paid to her within a stipulated period as would be fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal; And any other order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper may be made in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the Petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background,

// 2 // learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition taking into account the decision of this Court reported in Vol. 93 (2002) CLT249 and another decision rendered in W.P.(C) No. 5864 of 2004 dtd.17.11.2005 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
