This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Manamunda P.S. Case No.156 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.274 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal for alleged commission of offences under sections 294, 451, 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 3 of Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested.

In view of such submission, this anticipatory bail application has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
