Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is alleged regarding non-supply of certified copy based on copy application vide Annexure-4. It is an unfortunate case that a party moved this Court seeking a mandamus for supply of certified copy. For the opinion of this Court, once a party applies for certified copy with appropriate fees, the same should be considered and disposed of at the earliest.

Be that as it may, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event Annexure-4 is yet to be attended by the competent authority, the same may be attended and disposed of in accordance with law, if permissible by providing copy of the documents applied therein by completing the entire exercise within seven days from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
