Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 to draw and disburse the arrear salary of the applicant for the period from 24.06.2010 to 31.1.2012 with increment and send the L.P.C of the applicant to Respondent No.4 forthwith with a further direction to respondent No.4 to draw and disburse the salary with increments in respect to period from 01.08.2017 onwards in favour of the applicant after receipt of LPC from respondent No.3 within a stipulated period.

(ii) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass such other order / orders as is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before

// 2 // the Opposite Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of two (2) weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation in accordance with law within a period of 2 (two) months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
