This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode. 2.

Heard learned counsels for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that, the lands of the Petitioners have been acquired by the Government for the purpose of Rengali Irrigation Project, Samal and the petitioners have been awarded with monetary compensation. The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Rehabilitation & Resettlement Packages have not been provided to them though they are stated to be entitled to the same.

Regard being had to the facts and submission and taking into consideration the number of the petitioners and especially the nature of relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing each of the Petitioners to file their respective individual detailed representation before the Collector & District Magistrate, Angul

// 2 // (Opposite Party No.2) within three weeks from today. Such representation filed by each of the Petitioners individually shall be disposed of individually by Opposite Party No.2 in accordance with law and the relevant Rehabilitation & Resettlement Package of the Government, within a period of three months from the date of its filing by each of the Petitioners.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515, dated 7th January, 2022.
