Perused the grounds raised in this writ petition. 2.

Considering the reasons, this Court finds, there is no existing ground for entertainment of the dispute of this nature except there may be some reason to interfere with regard to the interest aspect. In such view of the matter, this Court without interfering in the impugned order disposes of this writ petition by reducing the interest in question from 12% as awarded to 8% per annum. The modified awarded amount be paid to the party concerned within two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner as undertaken. It is also directed that failure of making payment within two months, it shall carry interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
