This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the decision of opposite party no.3 under Annexure-7 dated 15.03.2019 and to direct opposite parties to convene a review selection board meeting of the selection board dated 11.04.2018 for considering the suitability of the petitioner for consideration for promotion to the post of Forester from Forest Guard vis-à-vis his juniors who were not selected but also got promotion.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-9/1 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9/1, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
