The contempt petition is filed bringing it to the Order No.

notice of this Court that the directions contained in the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4988 of 2021 in connection with the award dated 19.08.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in L.A.R. No.58 of 2015 has not been complied with.

This Court while disposing of the said writ petition, directed the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, in the district of Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.3) for taking steps for expeditious disbursement of the compensation amount in favour of the petitioner.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions contained in the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.4988 of 2021 has been complied with as the decretal dues have since been paid to petitioner.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
