Heard Mr. P.K. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Mr. D.S. Ray, learned counsel entered appearance on caveat.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 24.05.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector, Balasore in OPLE No. 167 of 2021 under Annexure-1.

Mr. P.K. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the order is revisable one, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 6.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 7.
The certified copy of the order dated 24.05.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector, Balasore in OPLE No. 167 of 2021 under Annexure-1 be returned back to the petitioner by substituting photo copies thereof.
