The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 24.05.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector, Balasore in OPLE No. 169 of 2021 under Annexure-1.

Since there is availability of alternative remedy for preferring revision against the order impugned, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Needless to say, if the petitioner apprehends the danger of eviction, he is at liberty to file appropriate interlocutory application before the authority, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
