This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the dispute is with regard to date of birth, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 3.
However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed his reply to the notice of show cause and, therefore, direction may be issued to the opposite parties to consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, since the petitioner has already filed his reply to the notice of show cause, the opposite parties are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
