This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor in Court today and files Vakalatnama. The same is accepted and be kept on record.

Mr. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor seeks some time for implementation of the order dated 09.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.23190 of 2022.

In such view of the matter, as a last chance, three weeks time is granted to the contemnor to comply with the order passed by this Court failing which the Contemnor shall be liable to be proceeded with under the contempt's of Court Act by holding that he has deliberately violated this Court's order.
