Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the orders dated 18.01.2019 and 20.02.2019 under Annexures-7 and 9 respectively and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to fill up the vacancies in the cadre post of Asst. Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO) by way of promotion in accordance with the provisions of the statutory Rules, 1980 & 1999 under Annexures-1 & 2 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to consider their case for promotion to the post of Asst. Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO) in accordance with the provisions of Statutory Rules, 1980 & 1999 under Annexures-1 & 2.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-10 series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State

Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-10 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
