On 29.09.2022, when the matter was listed, none had appeared for the petitioner and the following order was passed:- "None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1.2.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

Though the matter has been listed in the category of 'after notice matter', on perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter has never been taken up for admission by the learned Tribunal after it was presented on 19.6.2019.
4. To grant another opportunity, list on 11.10.2022."

Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memorandum indicating that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition. The said memorandum

Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate referring to the averments made in the writ petition and the annexures submits that since the matter was never taken up for admission for the last 3 years, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.
